The concept of outsourcing of Facilities Management has been an integral part of the services offered by BFM, both at the work place as well as the residential front. Bikash Facility was established in April 2012 with the aim of providing trained resources for various facility services like Corporate & Residential: Housekeeping, Security Solution, Maintenance, HR/Admin Executives & residential societies Services etc. These are some of the essential services which add manpower without being allied to the core business.

The Facilities Management Services Company with its headquarters located in Bengaluru, has a network spread across all the major cities in Karnataka. Thus providing a single point access to geographically diverse client establishments.
